Asphalt Paving and Maintenance Estimator/Sales Representative

All Star Paving & Sealing LLC, Connecticut's premier asphalt paving and maintenance contractor, is excited to announce a career opportunity for an Asphalt Paving and Maintenance Estimator/Sales Representative serving Fairfield & Westchester County. Our team handles everything from residential driveways and parking lots to major roadway projects, along with concrete work, milling, grading, excavation, masonry and asphalt maintenance.

Pay:

  • $50,000 - $100,000/yr Based on experience

Duties:

  • Develop new business through strategic sales processes and outbound marketing plan, including cold calling and prospect qualification. Negotiate work and competitively bid projects, while also capitalizing on company-provided leads.

  • Develop accurate estimates for asphalt and concrete projects by analyzing requirements, blueprints, specifications, and site conditions.

  • Organize client information, deliver compelling sales proposals, and ensure smooth project management.

  • Efficiently manage and update all leads, prospects, and client information within our CRM system.

  • Present solutions and application concepts directly to customers, responding to inquiries about our diverse range of services.

  • Initiate job creation coordinating schedule requests within the production team.

  • Effectively manage change requests throughout projects, accommodating client-driven changes and adjusting schedules accordingly.

  • Provide regular updates on project status to clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and electronic documentation.

  • Cultivate positive relationships with internal cross-functional teams, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and engineers.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or comparable discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

  • Experience in the asphalt, construction, landscaping or lateral type of business preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with a wide range of people, teams, managers, supervisors and vendors.

  • Experience in operations management.

  • Process oriented with a problem-solving mentality.

  • Able to review blueprints, specifications, proposals, plans, & drawings.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.

  • Familiar with MS Office Suite, Mothernode CRM application and use of google earth.
